The role of ALLIANCE
ALLIANCE is a strategic introduction and commercial coordination platform. It facilitates contact between interested parties and the owners, sellers or authorized representatives of the rigs.
ALLIANCE is not presented as the owner, manufacturer, operator, certifying body or independent appraiser of the assets. Nor is it a financial institution, and it does not provide financing, guarantee the closing of a transaction, or guarantee the performance of the equipment.
ALLIANCE does not replace the interested party’s technical, legal, tax, financial, environmental, regulatory or compliance due diligence, and cannot bind the owner, seller or buyer except through documents expressly signed by the empowered parties.
ALLIANCE coordinates the introduction process and controlled access to the information. Ownership, availability, condition, documentation and authority to sell or dispose of the assets must be confirmed during the due diligence process and in the definitive instruments executed with the corresponding parties.
