This notice must be reviewed by Mexican legal counsel prior to its definitive publication.
This public site does not request or require you to provide financial, asset-related or banking data, nor sensitive personal data (for example, health information, ethnic or racial origin, religious beliefs or union affiliation). Any such information that may be necessary in later stages of the introduction process will be collected, where applicable, through separate controlled channels and with the corresponding consent.

  • Compliance with applicable legal and compliance obligations.
  • Coordination with the associate, seller or their authorized representatives, as the process advances.

Secondary purposes

ALLIANCE does not currently use data collected through this site for secondary purposes (for example, marketing or commercial prospecting unrelated to the introduction requested). National and international data transfers

Your data may be transferred to sellers, owners, advisors or necessary participants for the evaluation and coordination of the information, exclusively for the purposes indicated, within or outside Mexico as required by the transaction being evaluated.
